Refund policy

At Misuki, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our Sakai blades. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The knife must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your request. Because our knives are handcrafted tools, refunds are handled on a case by case basis. We look at every situation individually to ensure a fair resolution. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your knife arrives damaged or has a structural defect from the forge, please reach out to us immediately. These cases are prioritized to ensure you receive the high-quality tool you expected.
